Dr. Haaland was born and raised in Minot. She received her Bachelors in Science degree from North Dakota State University in 2000. She received her Doctorate of Optometry from Southern California College of Optometry in 2004. Dr. Haaland purchased her Minot practice in October 2004 from Dr. Donald Kilene.
